
Recipe for homemade chocolate without dyes and preservatives!
Ingredients:
- cocoa — 5 tbsp
- butter — 50 g
- sugar – 6-8 tbsp
- flour — 1 tsp.
- milk — 5 tbsp
- vanilla sugar – 1/4 tsp.
- ground nuts or other nuts to taste and optional
How to make homemade chocolate without dyes and preservatives:
- Mix cocoa and sugar. Add 1 tbsp of milk and stir until smooth. Pour in the remaining milk. Put the saucepan on a medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- After the cocoa is boiling, add the butter, reduce the heat to low and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Remove the pan from the heat and using a fine sieve add the flour. When the flour is completely dissolved, again bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into chocolate moulds ice tray, pre-brushing them with butter.
- At will chocolate can add any chopped nuts.
