Ingredients:

  1. Mushrooms — 5-7 PCs.
  2. Cheese — 250 gr.
  3. Broccoli — 200 g
  4. Potatoes — 1-2 PCs.
  5. Carrot — 1 PC.
  6. Salt, vegetable oil for frying

How to prepare cheese soup with mushrooms and broccoli:

  • Mushrooms cut. Fry for 5-10 minutes. Carrots three on a grater and also fry.
  • Shared by broccoli inflorescences, the pieces smaller.
  • You can take fresh broccoli (in season), use frozen.
  • Frozen broccoli, defrost slightly, otherwise it will be difficult to cut
  • Potatoes cut. In boiling water add all the ingredients, sprinkle with salt and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. And add to the soup.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is dissolved. Sprinkle with dried dill (if desired) and allow to infuse the soup another couple of minutes. Serve cheese soup with crackers or croutons.
