The recipe of the chocolate cake brownie

Ingredients:

  1. Nuts (better to take hazelnuts or almonds) — 80-100 g
  2. Dark chocolate — 200 g (chocolate do not take cheap!)
  3. Butter — 250 g
  4. Sugar — 250 g
  5. Eggs — 4 PCs.
  6. Flour — 125 g
  7. The baking powder — 1/4 tsp
  8. Cocoa powder — 45 g

How to make chocolate cake brownies:

1. Finely chop nuts and fry in a skillet. Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath.

2. Beat eggs with sugar. Flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.

3. Mix egg mixture with dry weight (flour, cocoa and baking powder).

4. Add 1-1.5 tsp. rum or vodka.

5. Gradually pour the cooled melted chocolate and nuts.

6. Baking tray lay a paper, grease with oil and put the dough (preferably form 20*20 cm). Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 min. Check with a toothpick in readiness. It does not matter if a toothpick will be slightly moist.

7. Cover with melted chocolate (I left 5 tbsp when melted for the dough).

8. Cut into pieces and you can enjoy 🙂
